Returns
- Please review our policy below, then click the button to start your return. Our returns portal will guide you through the steps, and provide you with all the information you need to make your return experience quick and easy! We do not offer free returns at this time. A pre-paid return label will be given to you, and the difference from the label will reflect in your refund. We do offer free shipping labels on exchanges!
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
- Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, animal hair, or any stains will not be accepted.
- All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only.
- Exchanges will be considered upon request and availability of the requested item. If an exchange cannot be made, a refund will be issued.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
